ডেক্স রিপোর্ট ॥ সর্ব সাধারনের জ্ঞাতার্থে বিশেষভাবে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, ২০১৮ সালের ১ অক্টোবর জনৈক মোঃ রবিউল ইসলাম কে “দৈনিক দখিনের খবর” পত্রিকার ভারপ্রাপ্ত সম্পাদকের দায়িত্বভার প্রদান করা হয়েছিলো। কিন্তু অফিস পরিচালনায় শর্ত ভঙ্গ, নানা বিতর্ক ও অভিযোগের প্রেক্ষিতে ২০জানুয়ারী-২০১৯ ইং তারিখ তাকে ভারপ্রাপ্ত সম্পাদকের দায়িত্ব থেকে অব্যাহতিসহ তার নিয়োগ বাতিল করা হয়। একই সাথে তার স্বাক্ষরিত পত্রিকার সকল পরিচয়পত্র অবৈধ বলে গণ্যসহ পত্রিকা সংশ্লিষ্ট কোন ধরনের লেনলেন না করার জন্য সকলকে বিজ্ঞপ্তির মাধ্যমে অবহিত করা হয়। বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে আরও উল্লেখ করা হয়েছিলো যে পত্রিকার প্রকাশক ও সম্পাদক স্বাক্ষরিত পরিচয়পত্র ব্যতীত কোন পরিচয়পত্র বৈধ বলে বিবেচিত হবে না। সুতরাং বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশের পর থেকে তার মেয়াদকালীন সময়ের কোন কর্মকান্ডের দায়ভার পত্রিকা কর্তৃপক্ষের উপর বর্তায় না। বিয়ষটি পুরনায় সকলকে অবহিত করা হলো এবং অবৈধ পরিচয়পত্র বহনরীদের সম্পর্কে আইন শৃঙ্খলাবাহিনী বা পত্রিকা কর্তৃপক্ষকে তথ্য দেয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা গেল।
প্রকাশিত সংবাদের ব্যাখ্যা ॥ গত ৮ ফেব্রুয়ারী শুক্রবার দৈনিক আজকের বার্তা পত্রিকায় বরিশালে দুর্ধর্ষ সাইবার অপরাধী নিয়াজ মোহাম্মদ গ্রেফতার শিরোনামে প্রকাশিত সংবাদে নিয়াজ মোহাম্মদকে দখিনের খবর পত্রিকার বিশেষ প্রতিনিধি হিসাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়। প্রশাসনের মাধ্যমে পত্রিকা কর্তৃপক্ষ নিশ্চিত হয়েছে যে তার কাছ থেকে প্রাপ্ত পরিচয়পত্র বহিস্কৃত ভারপ্রাপ্ত সম্পাদক মোঃ রবিউল ইসলাম স্বাক্ষরিত। সুতরাং নিয়াজ মোহাম্মদ দখিনের খবর পত্রিকার কোনরূপ বৈধ প্রতিনিধি বলে গণ্য হয় না। এমনকি সাইবার অপরাধী নিয়াজ মোহাম্মদ গ্রেফতার হওয়ার পর দখিনের খবর পত্রিকার বিশেষ প্রতিনিধি বৈধ কি না এক্ষেত্রে আমার বক্তব্য নেয়া হয়নি যা অত্যান্ত দঃখজনক। সকলের জ্ঞাতার্থে আরও জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, দখিনের খবর পত্রিকার নাম ব্যবহার করে কেউ কোন অপরাধ করলে তাকে আইনের কাছে সোপর্দ করার জন্য বিশেষভাবে অনুরেরাধ করা গেল। কারন দৈনিক দখিনের খবর পত্রিকা কর্তৃপক্ষ কোন অন্যায়, অপরাধমূলক কিংবা রাস্ট্রবিরোধী কর্মকান্ড সমর্থন করে না।
